Healing Prayer

Though Marcy is in heaven and no longer needs prayer, we keep this page on the site in case it may help you with your prayers for others and for yourself.

We use “The Lord’s Prayer” as a guide, starting each prayer by praising God, thanking him for healing us, asking for revelation of any hindrances to the manifestation of our healing, claiming the sacrifice he gave for our healing, and praising God again. In Jesus name, Amen.

For more detail on the thoughts behind these scriptures, we invite you to listen to Andrew Wommack with us. He has lots of teachings on his website – so many it is hard to know where to start. Click this link to listen to the teachings we suggest as starters.

Jesus didn’t ask us to pray for the sick (though that’s OK) – He told us to heal the sick.

And the only thing that keeps us from doing that for each other today is our unbelief.

Some of our other favorite, encouraging Bible verses are:

Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Mat 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Mat 7:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
